Historically, the High Street has always been known as a vibrant street with sellers trading all sorts of wares.
Worcester’s High Street has seen much history from royal visits to cavalry charges but the trade has never changed.
Explore this street in a new light with your own tour guide and see what changes have taken place over the centuries, as well as some trades that have never changed at all. From hosiers, coffee houses to back yard pub theatres.

This can be necessary as the guide may have a later tour to take and is unable to wait on for you. If you have not appeared 10 minutes after the due start of your tour and you have not contacted us, the guide is authorised to leave without you.
Great value for money at only £7.50 pp. Thought it would be a bit geeky but was really interesting. Paul was a fantastic tour guide, keeping us moving along with the history facts and tales to keep us entertained. The time flew by.
An enthusiastic guide full of knowledge and interesting facts. I will look at the High Street in a very different way next time I go shopping!
