Discover History came to National Trust, The Greyfriars for our 'Wattle and Daub Day' which proved to be a great success. Helped by good weather, plenty of visitors really enjoyed their time and got their hands really, really dirty. There was plenty of history to talk about and kids enjoyed the mud and mess of the whole process. We love having Discover History at The Greyfriars for many of our hands on events as they provide great service and the public go away having learnt something and had a great time as well.

From strolling characters to an interactive living history set up, from storytelling, fast paced & fun timed presentations to informative guided trails, we offer it all!

We cover a wide portfolio of  historical personalities & themes and thrive on a challenge to meet your needs. No possibility is too much trouble so don't be scared to tell us your ideas as we really would love to take you up on the challenge!
