This can be necessary as the guide may have a later tour to take and is unable to wait on for you. If you have not appeared 10 minutes after the due start of your tour and you have not contacted us, the guide is authorised to leave without you.
We were lucky enough to catch this tour just as it was starting. Most of it was outside, but it did include the inside of the Guildhall. It was disappointing to see what a previous generation had done to Elgar's old home. it finished at the Cathedral, and was informative and well worth the price of the ticket.
