LIVING HISTORY

Winner of the Worcestershire Education Awards 2017 -  Community Engagement

We can offer visitors to your site an interactive living history experience that is not only hands-on but is also complete with all the sights, sounds and smells of your chosen period.
We can dress period rooms, provide an outdoor living history area complete with tents or simply offer strolling characters that once roamed the grounds of your property.

We can offer 1st or 3rd person interpretation, timed performances or simply on-going living history. We are happy to travel and provide events lasting as many days as you require, be it several days or simply just one day.

We can also tailor make our sessions to suit your individual needs, or by providing us with some background information of your particular site's history, it is possible to tailor the experience even further to include specific characters and incidents from your locations past!

For everyone’s safety, all of our presentations are risk assessed and are covered by £5,000,000 public liability insurance.

LOOKING FOR SOMETHING WE HAVEN'T MENTIONED.....

Don’t rule us out because we haven’t mentioned it, send us an email or give us a call with your idea and let us be the ones to decide if it is something that isn’t possible.
Discover History is an excellent resource who we have used on several occasions to supply accurate historical interpretation alongside our museum collections. Last year they worked for us to provide a “real life” element to our Bronze and Stone Age event which was partly funded through the BBC. Following the event we received numerous compliments, the majority of which mentioned the interaction with Discover History as being something that they had really enjoyed.  I will certainly be booking them to work with the museum service again the future.
